Annotation

The four–fold relationship means the relationship among the four factors in any treatise – the subject matter, the person eligible, the methodology and the avowed objective. In this, the subject matter is the oneness of the individual and Brahman. One who has acquired purity of mind is the person eligible and the methodology is by way of discussion. The objective is to enable the seekers to attain liberation, oneness with Brahman.
